We have recently resumed construction activity in the car park and apologise again for the inconvenience to members. We are presently doing the foundations for a wall which will screen the rear kitchen entrance from the car park, and the foundations for a wall to be erected on the left side of the entrance above the caddy shack. A protective screen is being erected around the water tanks and we are also doing the final levelling at the far end of the car park so as to link into the squash court parking area. Thereafter we will re-surface the entire parking area and implement a new layout for the optimum traffic flow and optimum utilisation of the available parking space. Trees will be planted to provide shade throughout the car park. We are planning to erect a new entrance and access control facility at the same time, and are still trying to arrange the necessary funding in that regard. Any contributions will be most welcome!
